Licensing & IP
Licenses
The canonical, citable home for every license MARC27 applies to its software, models, datasets, and research. Each entry has its full terms, a plain-English summary, and a clear marker of whether it is open source or source-available.
Published reference snapshots are released under permissive open licenses (MIT, CC-BY). Complete or in-development frameworks are held under the source-available MARC27 license — visible and citable, but not open source. Any page below can be linked directly from a paper, a repository, or an IP declaration.
MARC27 Source-Available License
Inspect, evaluate, and research — but no commercial use, redistribution, or derivatives without a written agreement. Source-available, not open source.
